Multiple Orgasms In Men

Our tips For achieving Multiple Orgasms in your relationship!

Here is a page for the guys!
Any man and any woman can become "multi-orgasmic." This only requires a basic understanding of male and female sexuality and the use of certain techniques.
The sexuality of most men is centred on the purpose of ejaculation, in comparison to women who are often more concerned with the very process of love.
Once a man becomes multi-orgasmic, he will not only be able to better satisfy himself, but he will also be able to satisfy his partner more effectively.

"We suggest you use the time spent with your partner to experience your first experience of multiple orgasms. “

Technically, multiple orgasms occur in succession, with no complete loss of sexual arousal between the two. Women are lucky to be able to have multiple orgasms. Few people know that with proper training, men can do the same thing. In the case of women, multiple orgasm means recommencing sexual stimulation shortly after the first orgasm, usually immediately or within a few minutes, so that a second orgasm can be achieved. If the woman actually experiences other orgasms during the one sexual session, she is said to be multi-orgasmic.
Most men incorrectly believe that being able to regain their erection as soon as possible after ejaculation and reach another climax within a short time is considered to be multi-orgasmic. This is incorrect, because the true multi-orgasmic male does not lose his erection between orgasms. Multiple male orgasms include only orgasm and not ejaculation. The only exception being, when ejaculation accompanies the final orgasm within the whole multi-orgasmic experience.

Before continuing, it is important to better understand the technical process involved in the "Sexual Awakening Cycle."
Multiple orgasms as opposed to multiple ejaculatory orgasms.
Both start in the same way, moving from the excitement to a point close to ejaculation or "the point of no return." At this point, the man will experience a series of genital contractions that will last from three to five seconds. These contractions are "pelvic orgasms" and to begin with feel like "pulses" or a slight relaxation of pressure. Once identified and controlled, these sensations will gradually become more intense.

The point of no return
When approaching the "point of no return", the goal is not to peak, terminating in ejaculation, but to decrease the stimulation at this point, just long enough to control the rate of excitation. Effective control can be achieved by contracting the PC muscles. Learning to control the PC muscles is essential for sexual health and endurance. Successive orgasms are also slightly stronger than the previous ones, as and when the man decides to ejaculate with the final orgasm. Ejaculation is optional, after several orgasms, it may be decided not to ejaculate at all. In this case, the pattern of excitation closely follows that of a woman and gradually decreases its excitement over the course of an hour, instead of decreasing very strongly after ejaculation.

How is multiple orgasm possible?
The "cycles of sexual response" of men and women are strikingly similar. The main difference between the two is male ejaculation. Multi-orgasmic women can have successive orgasms if stimulation is resumed soon after the first orgasm, because they do not ejaculate (notwithstanding the reports that some women are able to ejaculate, because this has never been sufficiently explained scientifically).
Ejaculation initiates the refractory period in males. During this time, most men are unable to get another erection or even receive additional stimulation because of the loss of sexual tension and the fact that the penis is usually too sensitive to touch. Since women are not biologically programmed to ejaculate, they do not have this frustrating feature and are able to learn and achieve multiple orgasms much more easily than men.
The first key to understanding how men can have multiple orgasms is to understand that orgasm and ejaculation are distinct events that one can learn to distinguish and separate. Most men have always accepted orgasm and ejaculation as a single whole because they occur in such a fast succession, orgasm starting a little before ejaculation and then fading during ejaculation.

The second key to navigating the path of multiple orgasm is to learn the ability to separate orgasm and ejaculation.
The ability to separate these two events, involves the pubo-coccygeal muscle, or pelvic floor muscle, or "PC muscle" as it is more commonly known. You may already know this muscle for its ability to stop the flow of urine halfway. If stopping the flow is difficult, you have a weak PC muscle. If so, you will need to work on strengthening the PC muscle before you can have multiple orgasms. If you squeeze or contract the PC muscle, you should feel that everything deep in your pelvis is pulled up.

Breathing exercises
1. Sitting in a comfortable position, relax the shoulders.
2. Place your hands on your abdomen, just below the belly button.
3. Inhale deeply. Deep breathing through the nose, so that the belly pushes outwards.
4. Exhale thoroughly. Exhale to a point where the belly is contracting towards the spine. The pelvis and testicles may feel as if they are pulling up slightly.
5. Repeat this exercise 9 to 36 times.

Preparation
Having multiple orgasms as a male is quite remarkable, but it will take a lot of practice. As mentioned earlier, one of the first steps is to discover the PC muscle. It is essential to become intimately familiar with this muscle in order to learn to control it in a very precise manner. Some of this control will come with experience, but most of it will be reinforced by regular exercises. Once it has been discovered where exactly this muscle is (most easily by urinating), it can be exercised anywhere and anytime, without anyone else knowing it.

Practice
1. You can start experimenting on your own at the beginning (during masturbation).
2. Make yourself comfortable and start masturbating as usual.
3. Stop just before reaching the point of no return (the point where you would be ejaculating). Contract (control) and hold your PC muscle for ten seconds.
4. Allow yourself to relax and take a few minutes break.
5. Start masturbating again, this time getting a little closer to the point of no return, contracting your PC muscle again.
6. Continue to masturbate while paying close attention to your own state of excitement and emotional feelings. The key here is to learn more about your own sexual response so that in the future you can better control it.

Stop just before ejaculation.
Continue to masturbate, except this time, continue until you reach orgasm. At the time of orgasm, you should notice several contractions that signal the onset of ejaculation at the base of your penis and perhaps even deeper in your pelvis. As these contractions begin or preferably just before (but still during orgasm), stop any penile stimulation and control the PC muscle. You will probably feel like trying to ejaculate, but hold it back! Control your PC muscle effectively so that it will stop your ejaculation, if you succeed, it will remove the refractory period.
A small amount of sperm may flow, but not with the force that you would normally feel during a singular orgasm without restraint. If you managed to delay ejaculation after your orgasm, start masturbating right away. You should feel as if you are still very excited, not like you have just ejaculated. You should be able to continue for a short time until you have another orgasm.
If you could not avoid ejaculation the first-time round, either your PC muscle is not strong enough, or you've controlled it at the wrong time. If you start control too late after ejaculatory contractions have already started, it is almost impossible to stop the process completely. With practice, you will learn the timing.

Partnership; the path to success:
There are many possible techniques that you can use to dramatically increase your success to becoming multi-orgasmic. Perhaps the best technique you can practice is to share your experiences to become a multi-orgasmic man with your romantic partner. If you are successful in the end, it can be a wonderful opportunity for you to significantly increase the pleasure you both receive during your love-making.

Ancient Ideas
The concept of being a multi-orgasmic man is not at all a new one. Ancient Chinese philosophers, known as Taoists, experienced this and many other deep sexual concepts and practices thousands of years ago. Many of these sexual secrets remain surprisingly unknown, even in this age of sexual awareness and liberation. This is even despite the fact that during the 1940s and 1950s, several researchers in the West studied and confirmed the ability of men to experience multiple orgasms. Even now, the amount of sexual ignorance, misguidedness and confusion is astonishing.

In Conclusion:
Lastly, your ability to have multiple orgasms depends on your overall sexual awareness, and the strength and control of your PC muscle among many other factors. As with all noteworthy achievements, it is not something that can necessarily be accomplished in one go; Although this article simply gives you the idea of having several orgasms in one night, the actual reality is certainly possible.
You must understand that it could take several weeks or even months before you succeed. Your results will depend on your personal efforts and your determination.
