By continuing to use this service, you agree to abide by, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree (including by the simple fact of continuing of using our site) to be bound by such modifications. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all new features or features (including, but not limited to, videos and related projects), which supplement or improve our site, will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Womensdestiny.com/CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC reserves the right to modify the provisions of this document at any time and without notice, in particular, to comply with any regulatory, editorial or technical changes. The modifications come into force and become enforceable on the date of their publication on the Websites, following prior information to the Users. Users who do not wish to be bound by these T&Cs must not use the Services and/or Websites or create a User Account. Any person using our services must be over 18 years of age and will be referred to below in the General Conditions of Use and Sale by the term User.

The purpose of these General Conditions is to define all the relationships between the company CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC and the Users of its services. You agree to abide by these Terms of Use.
The use of certain services may be subject to compliance with specific conditions. These specific conditions are deemed to form an integral part of these General Conditions of Use and Sale.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
Each of the terms mentioned below in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and of Use (hereinafter also referred to as “the T&Cs”), shall have the following meaning:
Websites and Digital Media: websites, mobile sites, digital media intended for the magazines and brands of the CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC company, and accessible at the URL addresses published by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC (hereinafter referred to as “Websites” and “Digital Media”).
Subscribers Area: FREE registration by the User to a magazine subscription service by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC, accessible on the site: womensdestiny.com
Advertiser: a natural person or legal entity benefiting from a dedicated space to publish its advertising messages on the Websites and Digital Media.
MYWomensdestiny Personal Account: [Tb1] designates the unique space made available to the User after registration, allowing the User access, after having identified himself or herself with his or her personal Identifiers, to the Websites in their entirety, and the articles and the services related to these. 
Subscription Services. The Personal Account includes all the personal data relating to a Visitor, including, in particular, their elements of identity, as well as their identification codes, allowing them to become a User.
Contribution: texts, photographs, videos, montages and, more generally, any content created by a Visitor or a User holding a MyWomensdestiny Personal Account, a Facebook account, a Google account or a Twitter account and posted on one of the spaces dedicated for this reason.
Personal Data: any information relating to a natural person who has been or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through reference to a name, an identification number or to one or more elements specific to them.
Identifier: a pseudonym and/or code chosen by the User, allowing their identification and access to the Websites and their MyWomensdestiny Personal Account.
Partner: a natural or legal person or entity, having a contractual link with Womensdestiny.com.
Services: a set of features made available to Users by Womensdestiny.com and available on the Websites and Digital Media.
User: any natural person holding a MyWomensdestiny Personal Account, who registers their Personal Data, in order to be able to register and have access to all the Websites and Digital Media and the Services offered.
Visitor: any natural person accessing the Websites and Digital Media for the purpose of simple consultation and without using a MyWomensdestiny Personal Account.
 
ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
§ 0. Identification of the “media content publisher” seller

This Website is a Women's Magazine type of website
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC provides its Users, via the global Internet network and, where applicable, by e-mail or telephone, with a certain number of free and paid services related to the field of coaching, love coaching and intuitive coaching.
The site offers its Users the following services:
• Free Coaching, Love Coaching, Intuitive Coaching, Horoscopes, Psychology Tests.
• Paid psychic consultation services by telephone, the internet or by SMS.
Users under the age of 21
Minors under the age of 21 (the “Minors”) cannot, under any circumstances, give consent to the processing of their Data for the purpose of providing online services.
In certain states or countries, a Minor may be constituted to be of a different age to 21, in which case, he or she is still considered as a Minor and the same rules apply.[Tb2] 
Minors may only provide the information needed to register for Specific Services with the consent of the persons holding parental authority.
The use of the Sites by a Minor remains the full responsibility of the persons holding parental authority.
Holders of parental authority are invited to monitor the Minor’s use of access to the Services and to keep in mind that the Services are intended to reach a large audience and that in their capacity as a legal guardian, it is the responsibility of parents to determine which Service is or is not appropriate for their child(ren) and to monitor their use of it.
The Minor expresses his consent jointly with that of the holder of parental responsibility. The creation of a User Account by a Minor necessarily implies obtaining the prior authorization of the holder of parental authority.
Womensdestiny.com reserves the right to verify the consent given by the holder of parental responsibility for the Minor at any time.
§ 2. Login
In order to access the Website and use the Services, the User must have Internet access. The costs of telephone communications providing access to the Internet network and to the Website will remain the sole responsibility of the User.
The User must also furnish all the necessary equipment to ensure this connection to the Internet network and in particular a computer and a modem or any other connection tool.
§ 3. DIRECTELIA SEC CONSULTANCY Services
§ 3.1. Free services:
In order to access the free Services online, by email and by SMS, the User must communicate his surname, first name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and mobile phone number.
These data are strictly necessary in order to establish a quality service for the customer and to at the very least, be able to communicate to the result of their study or report. This is, above all, essential data to establish an astrological report, a psychic reading or a horoscope. Secondarily, they may also be used internally for commercial management purposes by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC, in order to best meet the expectations of its customers. The User's contact details, following their registration, whether it is their email address or their telephone number, may subsequently be used without time limit by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC or its subsidiaries and subcontractors, in order to promote any of its products. On the other hand, the User can at any time delete or modify their profile by contacting us directly by post, sending their request to CONSEIL

PARTNER SERVICES AND EXTERNAL LINKS
§ 3.2. Offers from partners and third-party services/Coaching consultation services and love coaching and intuitive coaching:
PARTNERSHIPS
Womensdestiny.com/CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC sets up partnerships in order to enrich the Content and Services offered by the Website(s). The latter may also contain pages/spaces containing offers of products and services to which the User has access if they wish.
These partner offers are offered independently by them, and are their sole responsibility. Consequently, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any reason and on any grounds whatsoever, for any mattrs relating to the offers thus consulted, as well as regarding the transactions which could result from them, the partners and advertisers being the only ones engaged in a contractual relationship with the User.
The content of the pages/spaces of partners and advertisers remains their intellectual property. Any reproduction, republication or redistribution by any means whatsoever, is totally prohibited by law without the written authorization of the said partners.
These T&Cs do not apply to the content and offers of the partners, it is recommended that Users read the general conditions of use and the general conditions of sale of the sites of these partners.
§ 3.3. Hypertext links
Womensdestiny.com/ CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC has also set up partnerships with service providers and may offer you information concerning other sites and/or services, for example by mentioning Website addresses, and/or by the presence of hypertext links to these sites.
These hypertext links pointing to third-party sites, may belong to Womensdestiny.com/ CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC and are provided for information purposes. The Womensdestiny.com website may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. We cannot in any way be held responsible for the provision of these links allowing access to these sites and external sources and cannot bear any responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on, at, or from these sites, or external sources that are neither verified nor approved by our teams.
The decision to activate these links is the full responsibility of the User. Womensdestiny.com/ CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their access, content or use, as well as for any damage that may result from consulting the information on these sites. If however, in the pages of the Websites, there is a link with an external page in which illicit content were to be disseminated by a third party, Womensdestiny.com/ CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC will erase, the link to this page, after having been informed of the said content,.
These T&Cs do not apply to the content of these external sites, it is recommended that Users read their general conditions of use and their general conditions of sale.
§ 3.4. Intuitive coaching consultation services and or psychic services by telephone on geographic numbers:
The teams dedicated to free consultations by email undertake to make every effort to answer Users' questions as soon as possible. The validity of the order corresponds to the date of the User's request and the order is confirmed by mutual agreement when the User makes their request.
However, Womensdestiny.com does not guarantee an immediate response to the User. The response time strongly depends on the intensity of the number of requests.
The teams of the Womensdestiny.com site reserve the right not to answer Users' questions in the event of force majeure or because the User's question was not in accordance with morality.
The maximum rates for these services are 9.50 Euros per minute including all taxes, or the equivalent in local currency. These rates depend in particular on the professional who is consulted.

Payment and Charges

You agree to pay for all Services, including Readings (by chat or by phone), purchased using Your Account or/and Registration in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

Charges for telephone psychic reading are calculated based on full-minute increments, and the length of a Reading is rounded up to the next full-minute at the end of each Reading.

Charges for chat psychic reading are calculated on a per-message basis and correspond to one credit per message sent.

For all purchases of Services, You agree that You will use only credit cards, debit cards for which You are the card or account holder.

Call backs
You can request us to call You back whenever You want. Callback requests can be made from landlines and mobile phones. When asked, make sure You enter the phone number correctly. If You do not enter your number correctly, we cannot call You back.
Your hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that TELEMAC may call and/or text you within a twenty (20) minute time frame: (i) when you enter your information for the purpose of receiving a call back; (ii) when you get disconnected or a technical issue terminates the call incidentally; (iii) 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time; or (iv) a scheduled time agreed between You and TELEMAC.

Confidentiality of Account Information

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of Your Account information, including Your password (“Password”), if one is issued, and Username (“Username”), and to notify the Company of any unauthorized use of Your Account, Password or Username, or any other breach of security.

You agree to never allow another person access to your Account or Registration.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account and Credits, Credit Packages (Chat Psychic Reading Service only)

To access Chat Psychic Reading Service (either online or through mobile applications), You must purchase or receive “credits” which will be deposited into Your Account. Any balance associated with Your Account will be denominated in credits rather than U.S. Dollars or another currency. Credits can only be used to access Chat Psychic Reading. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except to the extent required by law. Credits are issued by the Company. However, the Company may in its sole discretion assign any obligations it may have with respect to Credits to an affiliate or third party, without recourse. In the event of any such assignment, You agree that such assignee, and not the Company, shall be solely liable to You with respect to the Credits.

Credits never expire.
You may add Credits to Your Account by purchasing a package of Credits (a “Credit Package”). You may purchase a Credit Package solely on Websites or Mobile Applications.
You may also receive promotional Credits through special programs or through other offers, Customer accommodations, or for other reasons, as discussed further below.
Package purchases and Credits balances are not refundable (except in the limited instances explained below regarding Our Satisfaction Guarantee), and they may only be redeemed for Services. To redeem Your Credits for Services, Your Account must be active.

Registration and Pay Per Minute, Minute Packages (Telephone Psychic Reading only)

To access Telephone Psychic Reading Service, You must pay per minute (pay per minute mode) or use purchased minute packages (“Minute Package”, package follow-up mode) to connect to any reader. Once You purchased minutes have been spent, You will be charged standard rates per minute or will have the option to purchase minute packages.

If You are a first-time caller, You will be asked to register and to communicate Your credit card details to a Customer Representative. You will only be connected to a Psychic Reader if You provide valid credit card details. Please read our Privacy Policy regarding use and storage of such information. Once payment has been processed, purchased minutes will be added to Your account corresponding to the Minute Package or special offer package purchased.

Please note that if You terminate the call before the end of any special offer package purchased or offered, You will lose such remaining minutes. TELEMAC does not give refunds on such remaining minutes. Special package offers are not compatible with minute package usage. At the end of the special offer package purchased or offered, You will hear a bell alerting You that the special offer package is terminated and that You will be charged per minute based on standard rates or will have the option to purchase minute packages.

The Minute package is valid one (1) year from the date of purchase. Once expiration date is reached, a package is no longer valid and cannot be used and You will lose remaining minutes. TELEMAC does not give refunds on such remaining minutes.

You expressly understand and agree that You are responsible for any time spent on the phone and/or chatting with Psychic Readers. Neither TELEMAC nor any of its affiliates (including parent or subsidiary companies), will be liable to You for failure to inform You of the end time of Your telephone and/or Chat Psychic Reading.

Recording and Retention of Readings
You agree that You will not use any audio recording or retention devices/technology in connection with Readings, and You will not otherwise make any recordings, copies, scans, or transcriptions of Readings, including Readings by phone or chat, without the prior written consent of the Company. You acknowledge and agree that Company may record Telephone and Chat Psychic Readings. Although Company may provide You with access to recordings of Telephone and Chat Psychic Readings, You acknowledge and agree that, at any time in its discretion, Company may (i) delete such recordings, and/or (ii) terminate Your access to such recordings pursuant to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Chat policy You agree not to do any of the following while using TELEMAC Chat:
Harass, threaten, or abuse Psychic Readers involved in your chat. Please use standard chat etiquette. This includes respecting the privacy of other TELEMAC Customers. 
Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation for external or competitive websites, or reference your involvement with alternative chat programs or competitive services. This includes the exchange of personal contact information for off-site communication.
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including TELEMAC and its employees and agents; or implying that any statements you make are endorsed by TELEMAC or its staff.
Divulge your personal contact information to Psychic Readers and request to be contacted directly, including in-person meetings. 
Transmit through any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
Threaten stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, victimize or intimidate an individual or group of individuals for any reason; including on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race or religion; or incites or encourages anyone else to do so. 
Transmit pictures, writing, or other material/products whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. TELEMAC reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion what it considers Sexually-Oriented content, Our Sexually-Oriented Policy applies to all services offered under TELEMAC, including TELEMAC Chat. 
Transmit any files that contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to destroy, interrupt or otherwise limit the functionality of any computer software, computer hardware or other equipment. TELEMAC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, and without any obligation to do so, to review and remove user content at will and without notice, and delete content and accounts. TELEMAC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ban participants or terminate access to services.

§ 3.5. Quality of various services and personal account registration:
In order for CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC to be able to offer effective and personalized services to the User, the latter undertakes to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate information concerning themselves, in accordance with the requests of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC.
Registration for the MyWomensdestiny Personal Account will thus be deemed complete upon acceptance by the User of these T&Cs by ticking the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use" [Tb5] and upon receipt by Womensdestiny.com/CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC of all the information requested on the registration form.
SUBSCRIBER AREA
Each User or Visitor can access their Subscribers area relating to the Websites and Digital Media online. All the User or Visitor has to do, is click on the corresponding link, which will redirect them to the Womensdestiny.com website, on which the General Conditions of Use and General Conditions of Sale appear. which they must first accept.
SHARING
Visitors or Users of the Womensdestiny.com site, having social network accounts, have the option of sharing articles on the various sharing sites such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and the option of directly sharing an article to a person of his choice by email support etc.
§ 4. Termination
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC reserves the right to permanently terminate all relations with any User without notice if:
• The User provided false information when registering.
• The User has interfered with any other Users of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC Services.
• The User has violated these General Terms and Conditions.
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend ori discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service, without having to inform the User beforehand. CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC cannot be held liable towards the User or towards any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the Service.
The validity period of a MyWomensdestiny Personal Account is indefinite.
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC nevertheless reserves the right to automatically delete, without notice or compensation, any MyWomensdestiny Personal Account that has not been activated (no connection to the Personal Account) for more than one year.
Similarly, CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC reserves the right to automatically delete, without notice or compensation, any MyWomensdestiny Personal Account in the event of serious and/or repeated violation(s) by the User of the stipulations of these T&Cs.
At any time, the User has, in accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, a right of access, modification, rectification, deletion and opposition to the processing of information concerning them. § 5. Personal data. Processing of Personal Information. COMMITMENTS OF CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC.
In order to provide its customers with a quality service, CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC may collect personal data provided by its Users when using all of its Services. No personal data will be transferred, but the User's contact details (surname, first name, date of birth, telephone, email) may subsequently be used by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC and its subsidiaries to promote any of its products. CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC collects the IP address of the User in order to locate their country and uses cookies.
The User authorizes CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC to create, keep and update a file containing the personal information that the User transmits to it. The User also authorizes CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC to provide him or her with commercial information from various partners on an ad hoc basis.
The User has a right of access, opposition and rectification on the personal data that they provide, in the context of their use of the SERVICES of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC. Consequently, the User may request the communication of this personal information and, that it be deleted or that any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information concerning them be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or erased.
The User may contact CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC for any additional information concerning the creation, storage, updating and use of this information.

In order to enable CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC to provide its Users with a quality service, and be able to meet the needs of its Users, the User hereby accepts that the employees of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC are authorized to access their personal data on a case-by-case basis, to investigate any complaints, allegations or other abuses.
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC is not responsible for the commercial practices implemented on other Websites to which Users have access from the Website via hypertext links, logos, buttons, etc., located on the Site.
§ 6. The Commitments of all Users
The right to use the Services is personal to the User.
The User undertakes not to resell and not to use the Services for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC.
Use of the Services is subject to and governed by the laws and regulations of Canada, province of Quebec.
The User acknowledges and agrees to assume sole responsibility for the content of their transmissions through the Website.
The User undertakes not to use the Website and the Services for illegal purposes, in particular not to transmit messages contrary to public order and morality, defamatory remarks, elements infringing on the privacy of any third party; not to transmit messages or information that could in any way harm the rights of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC and/or the rights of any third parties, in particular not to infringe the property rights of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC and/or those of a third party; to inform CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC of any violation of which the User may become aware; not to access or attempt to illegally access other networks or computer systems connected to the Website; not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Services by other Users; not to use the Site to transmit viruses, Trojan horses (otherwise called Trojans) or other harmful programs.
§ 7. Warranties
The User accepts and understands that the Services are provided as is. CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC assumes no responsibility for the duration, erasure, poor delivery or failure to record a User's communication.
The use of the Services is at the sole risk of the User, who will be solely responsible for any damage caused to their computer or the loss of data which may result from the downloading of the Content.
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any statements regarding the results that may be obtained through the use of the Services.
In the event of a complaint, CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC invites the User to contact customer services by email at the following address: contact@directelia.com
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC also reminds you of the essentially entertaining nature of the services that are offered to Users.
CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC does not guarantee that the Service perfectly meets the expectations of the User, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Under no circumstances, do the studies or reports of the sites of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC constitute legal, psychological, medical, professional, or financial advice. Similarly, studies or reports from the sites of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC cannot replace a medical or psychological diagnosis, carried out by a health or mental health professional.
§ 8.1 Property rights of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC
The User acknowledges and accepts that the included Content, without this list being exhaustive, the texts, photographs, videos, drawings or other materials contained in the sponsored advertisements or distributed via e-mail, commercial information produced and presented by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC, its suppliers or advertisers, are protected by intellectual property law, trademark law, patent law or any other rights recognized by the legislations in force. The User is not authorized to copy, use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Content, without having obtained the express agreement of CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC, its suppliers or advertisers.
§ 8.2 PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHTS
The Content presented on the Womensdestiny.com site is intended strictly for private use. Any reproduction, representation, or collective public use is prohibited. Similarly, any exchange, resale or rental to a third party of the Content is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright, and liable to criminal prosecution.
